Jessica is a Certified Health Coach who focuses on real food nutrition where quality and source matter with a concentration on label ingredient reading and empowering the consumer. She’s a big fan of eating more fruits and vegetables.
As a Certified Health Coach, I teach the 4 pillars of L.E.A.N: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. My clients are empowered and find that they are armed with the right (and many times, new and different) information and now have the fortitude to change.
